Dr Charlotte Edelsten is an expert, a researcher and a clinician with over 20 years experience in Sleep Science. With a background in clinical diagnostic work, lab-based sleep studies and an experienced CBT-i coach , (the ‘gold standard’ in sleep therapy for insomnia) Charlotte is passionate about helping you achieve better quality and quantity sleep. As well as being a researcher, she works in a sleep laboratory and runs her own sleep clinic where she diagnoses and treats those with sleep disorders.

Charlotte works with a range of clients from elite and amateur athletes, to individuals with sleep disorders, as well as in the corporate sector with individuals looking to improve their sleep to optimise their performance personally and as leaders.

Good sleep is vital for optimal performance and Charlotte is passionate about helping you understand the science, mechanisms and physiology behind sleep which allow you to make decisions that will influence your sleep. Her clinical research looks at the scientific value of sleep on physical health, mental well being and sports and cognitive performance.

Charlotte will arm you with easy to put in to practice tools that will improve both the quality and quantity of your sleep and why good sleep is fundamental to a sustainable leadership model.
