Sustainable Leadership

Leadership can be highly fulfilling, yet also difficult and lonely.

Rachel partners with her clients, drawing on professional experience, evidence-based neuroscience techniques and her natural energy and empathy.  She works with them to deliver results that are compatible with sustainable leadership.

Rachel works with CEOs, senior executives, lawyers, and entrepreneurs across the public and private sectors. She also works with people who feel stuck or want to work out what is stopping them from achieving their goals.

In Person and Online

Rachel lives in the French Alps. She coaches in person in London, Chamonix and Geneva and online. She is a board member of the Aurora Orchestra where she Chairs the Appointments and Governance Committee, and she facilitates regularly for Windsor Leadership.

When she’s not working, you will find her outdoors. She is passionate about nature and sport, especially skiing, cycling and hiking. This is also why she loves outdoor coaching.
